| Rolling bearing is an important supporting part of the engine rotor, it’s performance is the key to the stability of the whole rotor system. High temperature, high speed, heavy duty and other harsh conditions require bearings to have better performance. In order to judge the performance of bearing, bearing test with bearing test machine is the most effective method at present. According to the technical parameters and indexes of the test bearing, double rotor bearing test machine for aircraft engine was developed. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) A double rotor bearing test machine for aviation engine bearing inner ring and the outer ring to rotate respectively was developed.For the aeroengine bearings of high speed and overloaded harsh working conditions, according to machine technical parameters and requirements,determined the tester system overall design,including mechanical system,loading system,driving system,lubricating system and electrical and control system part,the main mechanical structure of the testing machine was studied, mainly including the spindle,the loading device,the structure design of the base of the testing machine, and the whole 3D model design of the testing machine(2) The spindle of the testing machine is made up of two taper shafts through the flange bolts. In order to ensure the high speed rotating spindle can work safely and reliably, according to the design theory of VDI2230 high strength bolt connection, the design and calculation of the main shaft flange bolt were carried out.Through analyzing the stress of bolt,the equivalent load of bolt was obtained.The relationship between bolt preload force and the working load was obtained through the study of bolt preload force and work load;In order to simplify the calculation of the stiffness of complex flange,the equivalent cross section for the flange unit cross section was calculated, the equivalent model of the flange connection was established,the initial preload of the bolt was calculated,and the data parameters were provided for the dynamic performance analysis of the spindle(3) As the key component of the normal operation of the testing machine,test machine spindle’s structure characteristics affect the performance and life of the testing machine.In order to study the bearing performance and vibration characteristics of the spindle,according to the design of the flange bolt connection spindle structure, using workbench ANSYS finite element analysis software to carry out the dynamic and static characteristics of the spindle. Through the analysis of the static characteristics,the static stiffness of the spindle of the test machine, the value of the spindle bolt and the angle deformation of the inner and outer circle of the test bearing were obtained.In testing machine spindle dynamic modal analysis,extracted the spindle before 6 order natural frequency and vibration mode,analyzed the value of the critical speed of the spindle,the analysis results showed that the dynamic and static characteristic parameters of the spindle meet the technical requirements, and the rationality of the structure design of the main shaft was explained, and the operation stability of the test spindle system was guaranteed.Aero engine dual rotor bearing test machine studied of this paper meets the demand of aero-engine bearing tests for rotating test bearing inner ring and outer ring. These studies may provide some ideas for the development of other bearing test machine. |
