Transmission as one of the key parts of the automobile transmission system,its performance directly determines the car’s power,fuel economy and driving comfort quality.Bench test is the most important means to verify and evaluate the performance of transmission,due to the lack of dynamic test rig and dynamic loading method,the transmission bench test mainly to static and quasi dynamic is given priority to,in spite of the development of transmission plays an important role,but with the development of automobile technology,the transmission performance,quality and development cycle proposed higher requirements,the traditional static test has been unable to meet the transmission accurate and efficient development demand,especially the transmission matching calibration needs dynamic test bed to simulate the actual operating environment and the actual driving load spectrum loading.Therefore,this article in the analysis and extraction of transmission dynamic load spectrum on the basis of the characteristics and key research transmission test bench dynamic performance and dynamic load spectrum loading method,which to guide transmission and dynamic test rig design and dynamic test method for the preparation of,and thus enhance the development efficiency and quality of transmission is of important theoretical significance and engineering application value.First,according to the test field acquisition transmission dynamic load spectrum and acquisition method,the typical working conditions of dynamic load spectrum are analyzed both in time domain and frequency domain analysis,extracted by dynamic load spectrum change rate of dynamic characteristic parameters of the proposed transmission test-bed dynamic performance,dynamic test and dynamic characteristics design provides a reference.Secondly,combined with system dynamics theory and CAD / CAE technology,variable speed device test machine system dynamics model is established,the simulation analysis was carried out on the test bench dynamic characteristics,find out the bench factors affecting the dynamic characteristics.On this basis,based on the dynamic characteristics of main influencing parameters were parameterized modeling,and multi-objective optimization and simulation analysis,to optimize the test bench dynamic characteristics,and find the rotational inertia and other key parameters on the dynamic characteristic of the influence law.Again,and then use the Simulink established transmission test bench control system mathematical model,test rig electromechanical co-simulation model is established according to the dynamic model of the mechanical system,simulation and analysis has been carried out to test the dynamic characteristics of the whole,combined with the factors affecting the dynamic characteristics,to optimization of the system dynamic characteristics,optimization scheme of the test rig is put forward.Then,the dynamic load spectrum loading and realization method on the test bench is studied.For traditional load spectrum loading and method of realization of the problems,combined with dynamic load spectrum characteristics and the classical control theory,the Z_N frequency response test bench based on control method and loading and realization method of the spectrum based on the transfer function of the system,the dynamic loads,and the method of imitation analysis,dynamic load of torque and speed in the test bench can reproduce the spectrum,to verify the validity of the method.Finally,on the basis of the existing transmission test bench,combined with the proposed test bed optimization scheme,the transmission dynamic test bed was built,and the dynamic load spectrum loading software was compiled.Dynamic load spectrum loading test was carried out in order to extract the dynamic load spectrum as the loading signal.The experimental results show that the dynamic load spectrum tracking effect is good,and the dynamic performance of the test table is improved obviously,and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
