In recent years,high voltage pulse discharge has been used in the field of environmental friendly and energy utilization,and has achieved remarkable results in medical and engineering fields.In order to meet the needs of the destruction of the works,this paper develops a MARX generator with a power frequency output,which is based on the principle of pulsed power technology.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The structure of MARX generator is designed based on the principle of parallel charging and discharging.The simulation analysis of the electric field is carried out.Simulation and experiment of the trigger switch of generator is carried out.A set of output voltage amplitude can reach about 210 KV of the trigger system is developed.Using the constant current charging method to charge the capacitor.The charging circuit is simulated.The results show that there is no obvious phenomenon of over charging of the charging device parameters.The output voltage of the generator was measured with a two-stage partial pressure divider,and the principle and method of measuring the current of the coil method were analyzed.Then the static electric field is simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the energy of high voltage pulsed discharge is first concentrated in the head of the broken rock electrode,and then the plasma channel is formed in the rock.The expansion of the plasma channel causes the rock to be pulled out from the internal stress.Experimental study on the different discharge electrode spacing,different pulse discharge number and different insulation liquid three kinds of condition.Experiments show that the high voltage pulse discharge method has obvious effect on the target block breaking.The pit depth is about 1/3 of the discharge electrode spacing.Finally,the discharge experiment was carried out and the output voltage and current waveforms are measured.The internal sense of the generator is about 0.85?H,the characteristic impedance is about 3.44?,the output current is up to several tens of thousands.The design goals with low inductance,small internal resistance,large current of the generator is basically completed.
