In 2010 China has become the second largest economic entity in the world. Sales of China’s auto in 2015 reached 24,597,600, an increase of 4.68 percent, hittig a new historical record, and ranking first for the seven consecutive years in the world. The rapid development of China’s passenger car market continues to make breakthroughs and innovation in research and development, design, production, and other technical aspects of China’s independent brand passenger vehicles. Now the major car firms is not just only in the pursuit of the vehicles’ economy and power indicators, but also the improvement of passengers’ excellent ride performance. Based on the above facts, people have more demanding requirements on the NVH performance of the vehicle.The vibration of the vehicle seat, suspension, drivetrain and other parts affect NVH performance of the vehicle directly, the driving comfort and the passenger comfort. Vibration of these parts can be measured by the vibration of some key points whose simulation is a efficient path to obtain the data of key points vibration before manufacturing sample cars. Therefore, this article dedicates to researching automobile NVH performance from two-pronged approach: the seat suspension system vibration control and vibration analysis of vehicle.Major manufacturers, car seat suppliers mostly only concerned the vertical vibration of the seat, while ignoring the seat pitching vibration. The effect of the suspension of the seat pitch vibrations will be amplified when the road conditions are more complex and the vehicle is decelerated by the impact. On the other hand, the car consists of thousands of car component parts, and each part not only has its own vibration form, but also contacts with and influence each other to some extent. In order to improve the vehicle performance and extend the component life, it is necessary to give a thorough and systematic study for automobile vibration coupling. Based on this, this article carried out a research of Suspension Seat Vibration Control and vehicle vibration analysis:(1) Structural model of the seat suspension, a mechanism to obtain the equations of motion. Establish Simulink model, to obtain the state of motion between suspension seating system and the relationship between the various components by calculation and analysis.(2) Based on the principle Nelder-Mead simplex method, to put forward an optimization objective function and purpose of the seat suspension system. Optimize suspension seat systems, and control seat vibration and shock.(3) Based on AMESim multi-domain system simulation software, to establish a simulation model of vehicle subsystems, and apply the vehicle simulation model. Simulated body center of mass, center of mass of the engine, suspension, etc. of the vibration displacement, velocity, acceleration, angular acceleration time-domain simulation curve, and treated to obtain the power spectral density, acceleration rms value, extreme value and other data, so as to equip vibration characteristics of the car key points to guide the design.Based on the dedicating research of simulation and optimization and vehicle modeling and simulation aspects of vehicle suspension seat, this article has some reference value on the vehicle NVH performance optimization.
