This paper will carry out soil source heat pump technology research combined with one multifunction building in hot summer and warm winter zone. Through the experimental study of the running characteristics and energy consumption simulation of the building, for hot summer and warm winter zone soil source heat pump technology in multifunction building in the application to provide reference and guidance. The main research results are as follows:(1) The GSHP combine with cooling tower air-conditioning system, using in hot summer and warm winter zone, researched in this paper can realize cooling in summer, both cooling and heating supplied in summer, heating in winter and supply hot water perennially. All these four major uses have obviously economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit. So it is suitable for popularization and application.(2) The experiments utilize signal factor method, take environment temperature, length of buried pipe and buried pipe or the flow speed of circulation medium in air condition into consideration. For whether those factors influences the GSHP Operating characteristics in cooling condition in summer, heating condition in winter and hot water produces in all year. As a subject's experiment result, the best operation way of GSHP is proposed.(3) In the multifunction building,the GSHP combine with cooling tower air-conditioning system has three kinds of refrigeration subsystems:cold water unit matching cooling tower system?GSHP matching soil heat exchanger system and cold and hot joint supply system,Testing the EER of three kinds of refrigeration subsystems to compare and analysis their operating characteristics. The unit and system EER of cold and hot joint supply system is 7.1 and 5.2,GSHP matching soil heat exchanger system is 5.8 and 4.1,Cold water unit matching cooling tower system is 4.2 and 2.8.(4) Useing HY-EP software to carry on the building model and air conditioning system model combined with the situation of multifunction building and experimental data of GSHP, the energy consumption of building and air-conditioning system was 101.9kWh/(m2·a) and 48.05kWh/(m2·a);(5) There are five influence factors on air-conditioning system energy consumption:Indoor Design Temperature?COP of Air-conditioning Aystem? Outside Air Flow Per Person?Fan and Pump Efficiency, The energy efficiency of air-conditioning system is constructed by 5 dimensions:COP of Air-conditioning Aystem?Indoor Design Temperature?Outside Air Flow Per Person?Pump Efficiency?Fan Efficiency.
