The Design And Analysis Of Concrete Wet Blasting Machine

Along with the fast development of China’s foundation, more and more concrete wet spraying technology is being used in large construction engineering and it has many advantages such as high efficiency and economic benefits compared to dry basting process. Concrete wet blasting machine started late in China, the reliability of the equipment and other related technologies are not mature enough with good development prospects. So it is necessary to study the technology of concrete wet spraying machine.The main contents of this study are:(1) For the shortcomings of the current concrete wet spraying manipulator, the direction of development of the current concrete wet spraying manipulator is discussed in this passage. From the General design requirements for concrete wet spraying manipulator based on analysis of current robot models, six robot model as design prototype is referred above, then the motion parameters of concrete wet spraying manipulator are confined and using Solidworks to design the main parts of concrete wet spraying machine.(2) Establish the concrete wet spraying manipulator kinematics equations using simplified mechanical model. Using Math CAD to solve concrete wet spraying manipulator motion of space. Based on Solidworks, the simulation of concrete wet spraying manipulator and compares the results with design values;(3)Using ANSYS Workbench to check the key part of the forearm and arm strength, for jib hinges are prone to stress concentration, related analysis is done and improved results are performed in this article;(4) Analyze concrete wet spraying robot remote control system, it’s superior to traditional methods of control process is used. To develop the control system, starting from the demand for wet spraying manipulator, using the controller development tool Co De Sys programming for the wet work to achieve, finally, the design of wet spraying manipulator was related to testing and analysis.
