Wind turbine blades often run in the complicated and changeable environment, bear the changeable aerodynamic load. As a flexible slender elastic body, it is easy to resonate when the time of wind is close to the structural time. With the increasing of the weight and the length of the blade, the study on material properties and the structural dynamics is important, The paper mainly completes the following work:Firstly, Mechanical Properties of composite materials for wind turbine blades were analyzed by using experimental method and finite element method. Make glass fiber reinforced composite specimen, the tensile strength and elastic constants are measured by MTS material test machine; according to fiber volume fraction of wind turbine blades composite material, a cell model is established to research the effect of fiber arrangement,interface module, section shape and porosity, providing certain reference on wind turbine blade manufacturing.Secondly, the data of a real blade is measured and a finite element model of wind turbine blade is established, the boundary conditions are applied to it. The stress mode of wind turbine blade is compared with that of the static state.Finally, the running conditions of the blade in wind field are simulated by using fluid structure coupling method. The interaction mechanism between the structure and the flow air is studied and the wind pressure distribution on the blade surface is obtained.
