The rapid development of China's economy has driven high fire protection requirement in large indoor, outdoor space and open field. However, the existing fire-fighting equipment is unable to meet the performance requirements. Automatic tracking fire monitor system can detect the fire place, alarm and put out the fire automatically. Moreover, it can control the fire at the beginning, prevent the fire from spreading. Therefore, this kind of fire extinguishing plays a significant role in large indoor, outdoor space and open field. The fire monitor system with automatic tracking and positioning function can monitor the fire condition, locate the fire source position and spray fire extinguishing materials for fire-fighting automatically, so as to ensure the personnel and property safety. At present, automatic tracking fire monitor system in China is still in stage of imitation. Compared with foreign countries, the research of relatively backward design method, low design specification, high design cost and long design cycle reduces the fire gun system performance and restricts the economic and social development. Therefore, the demand for the research of automatic tracking fire systems is very urgent.This paper is mainly focused on:According to GB 25204-2010 "automatic tracking fire monitor system technical specifications", the overall design of the fire system is calculated and obtained. The system is mainly composed by the front fire detection sensor, controller, level locator, vertical locator and corresponding drives. The pros and cons of dual-band and tri-band flame detector used as an automatic tracking system are compared. As the close detection distance and high false alarm rate of dual-band flame detector, the tri-band flame detector is chosen in this paper.According to the general requirements of the automatic tracking fire monitor system, the hardware circuit design is proposed. Based on the Altium Designer 15.0 software, the single chip microcomputer control circuit, infrared flame sensor signal conditioning circuit, power circuit, motor drive circuit and JTAG circuit are designed and applied.The software module of automatic tracking fire monitor system is designed. The software module part mainly includes: the primary detection module, horizontal driver module, secondary detection module, horizontal positioning module, vertical driver module, third detection module, vertical positioning module, accurate positioning module and main control system module.According to the main design requirements and performance, the mechanical body of the system is designed. The system uses the worm gear drive as power transmission between fire drive and the gun body. The main structural components of the worm gear, the tensile strength of the pressured pipe are calculated. The radial stress and circumferential stress of the pressured pipe are less than the allowable stress of stainless steel pipe by 520kg/cm2 and 56kg/cm2, respectively. The maximum tensile stress of pressured pipe is 56kg/cm2, which is less than that of the stainless steel pipe 1733.3kg/cm2. The solid structure of automatic tracking fire monitor system is established and assembled using Pro/E software.The mathematical model of automatic tracking fire monitor system trajectory curve is established. Under different process parameters such as work pressure p, flow q, installation height H and diameter d, water trajectory equation is obtained and the database is established. After calculation, the design can meet the design requirements for range.The automatic tracking hardware and system software are debugged using J-Link+MDK combination method so as to verify whether all the modules can meet design requirements. The output voltage range of infrared flame sensor signal conditioning circuit is between 780 m V-2.10 V, which can be acquired by micro controller ADC module.
