In this paper,based on the development of the servo control systemon the of shipboard "communication on the move", the design scheme of the hardware and software of the servo control system is described in detail.and some key technologies of the system are studied, and the simulation experiments are carried out. The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.Firstly, according to the ship motion characteristic, the technical index of the system is presented,the overall scheme design of the system is carried out,characteristics of various tracking and stabilization methods are are analyzed and compared to determined the mixed tacking methed combined by the inertial navigation tracking methed and single-pulse tracking method,and the composition of the system is introduced. Secondly, The hardware design of the servo system is completed, and then the main control part, sensor module, power module and motor drive module are designed.2. The key techniques of the control method, the feed forward control and the single-pulse tracking method are discussed in detail.Then according to the modular thinking, the system software is designed as initialization module, initial alignment module and stable tracking module. The principle and implementation of the initial alignment module and the stable tracking module are analyzed, and the flow chart of the system is given.3. Then the hardware and software of the system is debugged,and the tracking performance of the system is tested,then the stability performance of the system is tested by the simulation of the rolling table, and the results are analyzed.Finally, the research achievements and shortcomings of this system are summarized, and the work that needs to be done is put forward to make sure that the system can be truly put into the market.
