| Along with the economic globalization is accelerating,energy and environment problem is gradually increased,wind power and other green energy development respond to energy and environmental issues of sustainable development as the main means.Therefore,wind power generation technology is currently a hot research topic,and the individual variable pitch technology as an important part of wind power control technology,it has important theoretical and practical significance to the study of wind power generation technology.First,through the turbine aerodynamic analysis and unit operating characteristics in different wind speed region analysis,clear the wind turbine is below the rated wind speed and above rated wind speed control objectives and means of realization.In this paper,the unique advantages of the individual variable pitch control are pointed out,and the unique advantages of the control of the individual variable pitch control in reducing the unbalanced load of the unit and the improvement of the blade are pointed out.Secondly,the load of wind turbine through in-depth study of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory developed FAST software,understand the operation principle.According to the characteristics of its operation and its function in the MATLAB implementation of the method of simulation with Simulink,and established a propeller fan 1.5MW horizontal axis variable model.Build a simulation platform for effective for the next research on wind turbine individual variable pitch control.Finally,for large wind turbine in operation process due to the vibration of the blade stress caused by uneven blades,tower and other structural components,and caused by its fan unbalance load applied on the fan at the top at the pitch and yaw moment.Through the first of the unit each bearing components in the load calculation of the coordinates are introduced.In the unit load analysis based on,based on the blade azimuth weighting coefficient of individual variable pitch control strategy and blade root feedback load individual variable pitch control strategy were studied based on.And in FAST-Simulink co simulation platform into build the whole control model is validated by simulation.The results show that the azimuth weighting coefficient of individual variable pitch control based on compared to the traditional uniform pitch control,the fluctuation of output power is reduced,and blade flap and the flap and the vibration of the tower are significantly reduced;and based on root and leaf feedback load individual pitch control under the extreme wind conditions of the unit can effectively reduce the wind wheel unbalance load effect,significantly improve the top bearing the pitch moment and yaw moment and the blade root around the axis of the moment.Therefore,the individual variable pitch technology is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the unit and the unit to extend the fatigue life. |
