With the continuous increase of power load and the continuous development of power system, the application of organic materials in power system is more and more widely. While the organic material is widely used in power system, it also brings a variety of problems, in which the carbonization of organic materials is more prominent. One of the important reasons for the carbonization of organic materials is the sharp increase of the leakage current on the surface of organic material under the condition of wet and serious surface contamination. In order to realize the monitoring of the leakage current on the surface of organic material, the insulation condition monitoring system is designed in this paper. The system can measure and monitor the leakage current on the surface of organic material.One of the important reasons for the carbonization of organic insulating materials is the sharp increase in the surface leakage current of organic insulating materials under the condition of wet and severe surface contamination. In order to realize the monitoring of leakage current on the surface of organic insulating material, this paper designs an organic material insulation condition monitoring system, which can measure and monitor the leakage current on the surface of organic insulating material.First of all, this paper introduces the background of the carbonization of organic materials, and leads to the purpose and significance of the research topic. Combined with the research trend of organic materials carbonization and the research status of organic material insulation condition monitoring system in China and abroad, the research contents of this paper are introduced in this paper.Secondly, the carbonization of organic materials was studied. In this part, the carbonization of organic materials is studied from the point of view of the electric current. Many scholars believe that the insulation material carbonization is due to bring the arc of local high temperature induced, is proposed in this paper on pyrolysis carbonization resistance capacitance circuit model, from the point of view of circuit explained in occurring without arc produced by carbonization.Then, it describes the overall design of the hardware system platform, the specific analysis and design of the various modules of the hardware circuit. At the same time, the paper introduces the overall framework of the software of the monitoring system for the insulation condition of organic material, and analyzes the design of the software in detail.Finally, the design of the monitoring system for the insulation condition of organic material is completed.
