Ji'nan is known as "Spring City" reputation, water-saving hoizumi occupies an important position in the development of the city. In recent years, the deep foundation pit engineering in Ji'nan area is more and more, how to control the water level in the construction, reduce the adverse effect of precipitation, is a major problem faced in the project construction. Curtain type composite soil nailing wall with retaining, water interception of the dual role, in Jinan area foundation pit support support is widely used, but on the branch support form the mechanism, design method and groundwater control research, there are still many deficiencies. Therefore, to carry out Jinan area micro pile composite soil nail wall design method research has important practical significance.According to the engineering and hydro geological characteristics of Ji'nan area, the area is divided into three engineering areas, hard soil, medium hard and soft soil. Based on investigation, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the deformation regularity and stability of curtain type composite soil nailing wall in the area of hard soil and soft soil in this area were studied:(1) the control effect of soil nailing length on the deformation of soft soil is more obvious, and the influence of the length of soil nail on the safety factor is more significant than the sliding surface.(2) the front stability of the curtain is slightly better, and the displacement of the foundation pit is more obvious, and it can significantly reduce the stress of the soil nail. The axial force distribution along the length of the soil nailing is more uniform along the length of the curtain, and the distribution of soil nail along the axial force is more and more uneven along with the curtain. It shows that the curtain can play the role of soil nailing.(3) under the premise of meeting the anti permeability, the increase of the thickness of the curtain is not significant to the deformation effect of foundation pit. When the foundation pit excavation to a certain depth, the curtain of the foundation pit deformation of the constraint effect began to weaken.(4) the increase of soil nailing stiffness can reduce the deformation of foundation pit, but the effect is not ideal; the increase of soil nail stiffness almost has no influence on the safety factor.
