| As the rapid development of society, the infrastructure continues to rise year over year, such as the expressway, high speed railway, tunnel and so on. The effect of slope stability of expressway, high speed railway, tunnel on the safety and service life of the infrastructu re is direct. Therefore the key issue of infrastructure development is slope protection. At the same time, the problem of soil and water loss is increasing day by day in our country. It already became a difficult point, which obsesses and hinders the implement of Chinese strategy of sustainable development. In addition,perfect riparian ecosystem can keep good material exchange with natural world by proper form, and improved the performance of water and soil conservation. But as the rapid increase of urbanization degree, serious damage to the banks of the river ecological system in our country caused by high strength development and unreasonable land utilization. Therefore river embankment protection as well as the riparian ecosystem recovery has farreaching significance in the era of China strongly advocate to build ecological civilization.Planting cementitious materials and coarse aggregate has been adopted to prepare planting concrete with particular structure. Its porous structure could ensure plant root s deep into the soil layer through planting concrete. Planting concrete could protect slope and sand-fixation and prevent soil erosion. It also could green slope and improve the ecological environment. In addition, planting concrete could purify water quality and prevent water pollution. At same time, artificial rockery can be design on the spot using planting concrete cover the old concrete surface. This way could handle the difficult problem of the waste concrete and increase the economic benefit, landsca pe and ecological benefits.The effect of organic water-retaining materials on performance of SAC and the influence of common porous materials were studied in this paper. The inorganic composite cementitious materials and the organic–inorganic composite cementitious materials with water/fertilizer –retention property had been prepared in this study. In addition, high efficiency water/ fertilizer-retention planting concrete was prepared, and whose durability has been researched. Furthermore the composition and structure planting cement-based materials were analyzed by XRD, MIP, TG-DSC, hydration heat. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The water absorption capacity and water/ fertilizer–retention property of the SAC hardened paste could be improved by moderate water-absorbent resin A. The appropriate dosage of water-absorbent resin A was 0.5% or 1.0%. At this condition, the water absorption rate of hardened SAC pastes increased 38.3% and 56.6%, and the water loss rate decreased 20% and 24%, and the 35 d fertilizer loss rate decreased 10% and 4%.(2) The water absorption capacity of hardened SAC pastes could be improved by zeolite. When the dosage of zeolite was 10%, the water absorption rate of hardened SAC paste increased 15.3% and reached up to 9.4%. And when he dosage of zeolite was 20%, the water absorption rate of hardened SAC paste increased 37.1% and reached up to 11.2%.(3) Zeolite could reduce the p H of pore liquid of hardened SAC pastes effectively. The p H of pore liquid of hardened SAC pastes was about 11.4. When the dosages of zeolite were 10% and 20%, the p H of pore liquid reduce to 10.7 and 10.4. It was because of zeolite could react with CH from hydration of cement, so zeolite could reduce the p H of pore liquid of hardened SAC pastes.(4) The compressive strength of SAC could be increased by 10% zeolite. When SAC content 10% zeolite, the1 d and 3d compressive strength increased 10.8% and 9.5%.(5) The water absorption capacity of hardened SAC pastes could be effective increased by vermiculite. When the additions of vermiculite were 5%, 10% and 20%, the water absorption capacity of hardened SAC pastes increased 24.4%, 39.6 and 70.7%, respectively.(6) 10% and 20% vermiculite has been added into SAC, the water loss rate of hardened SAC pastes reduced 11% and 19%, the fertilizer loss rate reduced 8% and 13%, respectively.(7) 10% and 20% vermiculite were suitable to prepare inorganic compound planting cementitious materials. The water absorption rate of hardened planting cementitious materials were 10.8% and 12.5%, the 120 h water loss rate were 85% and 72%, and the 35 d fertilizer loss rate were 65% and 61%, and the 3d compressive strength were 41.5MPa and 33.7MPa, respectively。(8) The suitable dosage of water-absorbent resin A for organic–inorganic composite planting cementitious materials was 0.5%. At this condition, the water absorption rate of hardened cementitious materials were 13.5% and 15.3%, the water loss rate of hardened cementitious materials were 72% and 69%, the fertilizer loss rate of hardened cementitious materials were 61% and 58%, and the3 d compressive strength of cementitious materials were 35.5MPa and 29.0MPa, respectively.(9) The water absorption rates of the planting concrete prepared by two kinds of planting cementitious increased 20.0% and 36.2%. And the water loss rates reduced 9% and 16% and the fertilizer loss rates reduced 7% and 11%. And the alkalinity of the concrete was lower, so it has better consistency with plant. |
