Based on a large number of documents, the rules of Strata Settlement And technology of timbering in subway was investigated by the DaLian Metro 2# measured data, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, mathematical models and many other research tools. It's used in actual engineering, and it made a series of useful theoretical and practical studies.(1) The measuring points of the actual engineering section are carefully laid, based on Dalian Metro 2# design and the actual engineering section was found finite element model. When the working face passed through the measuring points, it was Analysised and studied the transverse surface settlement, longitudinal surface subsidence, apex of arch subsidence and headroom convergence. The results show that the longitudinal surface subsidence can be divided into three stages, the rapid deformation stage, the slow deformation stage and the stable deformation stage. Inflection point of transverse surface settling tank is located in the 5D. Stochastic medium theory curve is more consistent with actual. The change between apex of arch subsidence and headroom convergence were not big, but both of that are less than the surface subsidence.(2) Support structure system is an important measure to control of formation of underground engineering settlement and stability. Through different lining thickness of finite element model was established and was analyzed different angles anchor and lining of Support structure system. Results show that the anchor and lining of the upper direction, and horizontal direction stress value change is bigger, And then set up a variety of models, with different lining thickness, different soil elastic modulus, cohesive force of soil c strength change were analyzed under the condition of lining.(3) Based on similar theory to combine engineering and mathematical statistics model, Function relation has been established about settlement amount after the working face passed through the measuring points by using MATLAB. Set up the lining of pressure function relation between the stress and the thickness of the lining, the lining of the function relation between the stress and the elastic modulus of soil, the lining of function relation between the stress and the cohesive force of soiland their function relation between the joint. Lining pressure stress and lining thickness function was set up, the lining of the function relation between the stress and the elastic modulus of soil, the lining of function relation between the stress and the cohesive force of soiland their function relation between the joint. Function calculation result is consistent with the finite element model of the data.Calculation accuracy is higher.
