Through further exhibition found a faster rate of development of cracks and there are always new cracks. To avoid cracks sustainable development and increase the safety and suitability of impact,the need to clear the cracking structure of the position by the force model to understand the structure of cracking reasons and put forward appropriate strengthening and repairing methods. In this paper, the following work:1. The use of finite element software ANSYS to establish steel box girder section model and determine a reasonable form of load;Spreadsheet obtained by making incisions arcuate outer region most adversely affected by the force of the inner surface of the surface loading position;Analysis of the structure under the most unfavorable loading condition Force mode and deformation characteristics;Casuse effect occurs outside study surface increases.2. Optimal cut shape obtained by calculation and comparison of suitable engineering background of steel box girder bridge; induction obtained by comparing the position of the crossbeam the crossbeam cut general law of force and deformation under load;To get the best radius of the arc shape of the cutout excellent arc region was further optimized.3.Feasibility of different reinforcement and restoration programs are analyzed;Only clear the situation by force hole edge of the stop hole of the force to assess the situation in order to determine the need for further reinforcement measures;Study further added only on the basis of the hole steel reinforced repair effect;Study added stress mode within the separator structure; Research support plate after adding the force mode structure.
