Through inductive analysis at home and abroad surrounding rock classification method,and the method to determine the level of the surrounding rock of the considered factors, it is concluded that the tunnel surface rock strength, rock mass integrity degree, groundwater conditions, weak structure plane occurrence and initial should force the five factors affecting the surrounding rock classification of the main factors. In this paper, the highway tunnel surrounding rock dynamic classification method to the mound tunnel relied on the project,through a large number of field tests, laboratory tests proposed in the construction site can quickly get the parameters of the method. Summarizing the monitoring data of surrounding rock deformation of tunnel construction, through the analysis of the mathematical software Matlab, the main results of the following:(1)According to a large number of field and laboratory test data analysis, saturated uniaxial compressive strength of rock is established respectively with corrected springback strength, compressive strength and point load conversion compressive strength of the relationship between the curve fitting,and has a good correlation between the two parameters.(2)Proved that the rebound strength can replace saturated uniaxial compressive strength as the feasibility of the rock strength parameters. And using mathematical software Matlab,we get two kinds of curve fitting formula between intensity, and the correlation coefficient R is0.96.(3)Joint statistics by constraints at the scene of this method, can quickly statistics the number of joints, and transform it into rock mass integrity coefficient, become a full degree of rock mass parameters.(4)According to the high field of surrounding rock of the tunnel level determination, can be concluded in this paper, the established dynamic road tunnel surrounding rock classification method can through the measured data quickly decides the grade of surrounding rock.(5)By analyzing the data of the vault settlement and the surrounding convergence of different rock levels, the normal distribution fitting map can be obtained,and through the comparison of the scatter plot, it can be found that the amount of vault settlement and thesurrounding convergence of the tunnel increases with the decrease of the rock grade.
