Structural health monitoring system based on state of bridge structure early warning and assessment is the hotspot of academia and engineering at home and abroad research. How to effectively process, analysis, and interpretation long-term huge amounts of data,which is collected by bridge structural health monitoring system, is the main problem faced by science,and it has become the consensus of the field. Based on the bridge structure damage state of early warning methods, the research of the structure of the bridge damage accumulation and evolution, the development state of bridge structure safety assessment is an important bridge structural health monitoring faced the main scientific problems.Based on the Nanxi Yangtze river bridge expansion joints as the research object, based on the temperature and the displacement monitoring data of expansion joints, this paper conduct status analysis of long-span bridge's expansion joints and application research of evaluation method which is based on the data of long-term health monitoring. The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)The temperature and displacement data of Nanxi Yangtze River bridge were got through the health monitoring system. Continuous and complete temperature data of environment and structure as well as displacement data of expansion joint were obtained by analysis, which laid the foundation for the analysis and research on the theory.(2)The relationship between the environment temperature and the structure temperature of Nanxi Yangtze River bridge was researched through the temperature monitoring data,Study the Bridges of roof, floor and web structure with environment temperature change rule.(3)Through the monitoring data of Nanxi Yangtze River Bridge expansion joint displacement,dealing with expansion joint displacement data for probability statistical analysis, it is concluded that expansion joint displacement probability model; and through the expansion joint displacement maximum and minimum of 178 days of a year for extreme estimation, dealing with the Nanxi Yangtze River Bridge expansion joint displacement data for the projection of extreme.(4) Analysis of the influence of environment temperature on expansion joint displacement, we get the environmental temperature on the influence law of expansion joint displacement, and set up the environment temperature and expansion joint displacement model of Nanxi Yangtze river bridge. Based on date the "normalized temperature environment conditions" early warning method of expansion joint injury was established.
