| With the problems of the lacking of energy and the polluting environment becoming increasingly outstanding, seeking a kind of cleaner, efficient and cheaper energy-provision way has become an important problem deeply concerned by many governments. Piezoelectric material can generate electric charge in pressured state, that is, it can realize the mutual conversion of mechanical energy and electric energy.The environmental energy collecting device based on piezoelectric material with the advantages of low cost, simple structure and no electromagnetic interference. In recent years, the technology of piezoelectric power generation has become a research hotspot in environmental collection and application.Firstly this paper widely surveyed the research status of piezoelectric power generation technology by domestic and foreign scholars, then analyzed the theoretical basis of piezoelectric power generation and researched the effects of shape on natural frequency and energy output of piezoelectric patches.In the next chapter designed a generating device which can use wind energy to drive multiple piezoelectric patches vibration,in order to solve the problem of low current generated by single piezoelectric patch a method of constructing the component of piezoelectric power generation was presented. According to the electricity characteristics of the device paper manufactured it experimental device and energy collection and conversion circuit, then experiment on piezoelectric patch’s generating capacity and the overall effect of the device. Experimental items include: piezoelectric patch’s bending direction and bending curvature effect on output test, piezoelectric patch’s connection mode test, the number of piezoelectric components and the number of piezoelectric patches effect on output test, impeller speed effect on the device’s output test and the overall effect of the device. Finally, paper made mode analysis of piezoelectric component by using ANSYS software.The wind power generating device based on the piezoelectric effect designed by this paper can drive the impeller revolving by wind energy, then utilize the torque force of the revolve impeller to vibrate piezoelectric patches, finally the energy generated from piezoelectric patches were supplied for the load after rectifying, store and DC-DC convert. The construction of piezoelectric component can effectively solve the problem of low current generated by single piezoelectric patch, through the modal analysis of piezoelectric components can seek the best working environment for it. Moreover, for the study of the effects of shape on piezoelectric patch’s energy output provide theoretical basis for it shape design. This paper provides a reference for the design of such device and new methods for environmental energy collection technology. |
