| Ice disaster is one of the great threats to the safety operation of electric power system in china.Transmission line icing caused by ice disaster will cause disconnection,tower collapse and other serious consequences,which will further lead to power outages of large area.This will make national economy and human production and life suffer from huge losses and interference.In this paper,the icing design of transmission lines in mountainous areas was mainly studied,which has an important reference value for the icing research on most of the transmission lines in China.This paper made a deep research on transmission line conductor and structure of ice load data statistical analysis and modeling,for special weather conditions of Tianchi mountain,based on the data of on-line monitoring and meteorological station measuring equipment installed on key line in Tianchi mountain,considering part of the data distortion situation is more serious,and the data coverage scope limitation,Tianchi micrometeorological micro terrain wire ice model is established.By BP neural network,a prediction model and a system platform were established.Suggestions on design specifications were proposed based on reliability design(RBD)method.Through the application of this software,the safety performance of the transmission line was improved,as well as the capacity of transmission line icing forecast,ice cleaning and risk assessment.Meanwhile,It also improved the anti-icing overload ability of Tianchi mountain line tower,and has certain guiding significance to the norm and optimize of the circuit design,reasonably deal with the relationship between the safety and economy and develop a reasonable control strategy. |
