The Study On The Popularization And Application Of The Pulley-clip High Formwork In Wenzhou

Fastener style steel pipe scaffolding has become one of the most widely used scaffolding in the domestic construction market.With the rapid development of China’s construction industry,the high,large,difficult,fine works constantly emerge,so the fastener type scaffolding is difficult to meet the needs of the development of the structure.But the current domestic application of fastener style steel pipe support formwork is unable to meet the demand of works,no matter in the technology,quality and safety performance,which results in frequent accidents in the construction industry.This article begins from the analysis of larger accident statistics.The collapse of fastener sytle steel pipe formwork especially high formwork has become a major hazard in municipal engineering.From the analysis of the cases of formwork’s collapse in wenzhou,the author found out that the main causes of the accidents lie in unqualified raw materials,design calculation error,nonstandard construction and poor construction management ect..In order to prevent such accidents,it is necessary to strengthen the control of the above factors.At the same time,this article proposes a necessary application of the wheel type steel pipe formwork.After the test of the rotational stiffness of the improved fastener joint and wheel button joint,the first hand test data is obtained.Through the analysis,the performance of the wheel style is much better than that of the fastener style when wheel button is up,and the performance of the fastener style is better than that of the wheel style when wheel button is down.Also,the reasons are analyzed.Based on the analysis,the author put forward the method to improve the tapered plug so that to improve the performance of the product.By analyzing the sut-up efficiency based on the data obtained form scaffoldings competition,calculating through the similar practical engineering cases,and comparing the proceeding benefit of the wheel styleand fastener style formwork,the author found that the economic benefits of wheel style is more prominant.Thus promoting the wheel formwork can help construction enterprises to create a certain economic benefits,and at the same time create conditions for creating the green construction site.Finally,on the basis of requirements of the national construction method writing,the wheel type steel tube high formwork construction technique is studied,which provides the technical support and some references for its standard construction and application.
