As the state will make the thirteenth five-year development planning,highlight the important position of railway construction industry development in the future.At the same time,the development of high-speed railway passenger dedicated line is rapidly,social bridge for mass concrete construction is becoming more and more higher quality requirements.In Wenzhou city is building the first regional railway line S1 Nanyang avenue bridge as the background,through the methods of data collection,project research of high-speed railway simply-supported box girder bracket of cast-in-situ technology were studied.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)a brief introduction to the bracket for the simple box girders of Wenzhou city cast-in-situ technology research background and research purpose and significance of comprehensive domestic and international research status of cast-in-situ stents,found in Wenzhou city of cast-in-place support technology for the simple box girders of study is very necessary.(2)a brief introduction to the research based on practical engineering background information,mainly including Nanyang avenue bridge on the general situation of the engineering quantity and plant for the simple box girders of across the board.Detailed analysis of the simply supported box girder precast construction method,support cast-in-place and mobile formwork cast-in-situ this three kinds of method of basic construction process as well as applicable to the engineering environment,and briefly expounds the Nanyang avenue under the engineering background of the large bridge bracket method is chosen as the construction technique of the process and reason.(3)the feasible support with reasonable calculation theory,themathematical model is established through theoretical analysis and the structural safety calculation,including full framing construction beam using hand to calculate structural safety check,and to adopt bailey truss of steel box girder bridge with Midas software for modeling analysis.Eventually improve the strengthening effect of stent design.It can also be used for the cast-in-situ box girders of stent design and construction to provide certain reference function.(4)Finally,through the project example of stent for preloading,the use of sensors for data acquisition,can be real and effective reaction stents in the compression of the stress of the parts,and the actual preloading collected data can be compared with theoretical data analysis,by analyzing the data,may carry on the reinforcement of on-site support,finally can ensure construction safety.
