Based on proven phenylalanine main DBPs benzene acetonitrile,expand the water environment algae-Identification of amino acid precursor-protein.Using solid phase extraction(Solid phase extraction,SPE)pretreatment of water samples,SCX filler as carrier absorption of amino acids,ultra-pure water,tap water,raw water under ambient L-lysine spike recovery.Under three water environment,L-lysine recoveries meet the US EPA regulations(70 to 120% recovery),recovery rates to 78.67%,86%,91.6%.The results showed that,SCX-solid phase extraction method has good adsorption effect,can be used as one of the amino acid determination method.Phenylalanine,phycocyanin and Microcystis aeruginosa in the disinfection process can produce benzene acetonitrile,maximum yield was 721?g/L ? 252?g/L and 86?g/L.Chlorine concentration,reaction time and pH are the main factors phenylacetonitrile production.The results showed that the disinfection process,the reaction of chlorine with organic nitrogen mainly small molecules,such as amino acids.So algae growth process can determine the source,EOM and IOM release organic nitrogen and amino acids are produced DBPs benzene acetonitrile major precursor thereof,and a large chlorine concentration and pH on benzene acetonitrile generated,wherein when Cl/N=2.5,pH=7,the maximum production of benzene acetonitrile.Three different water environments,acetonitrile generate different amounts of benzene,were the raw water>Water> ultrapure water.Water common dominant algae-Microcystis aeruginosa-derived nitrogen-containing organic compounds including proteins and soluble amino acids are the main substance benzene acetonitrile.Microcystis aeruginosa in the growth cycle of extracellular proteins and amino acids highest concentration of 103 mg /L and 0.8845mg/L(16 days),the highestconcentration of protein and amino acid intracellular of 116 mg / L and2.446mg/L(16 days)when cultured in medium and heightening the anaerobic organic matter,and algae growth is suppressed state was relatively short period,a relatively small content of nitrogen-containing organic compounds inside and outside the cell,indicating that the algae in the death process,containing no nitrogen organic pollutants.As the organic macromolecules of proteins,amino acids are the building blocks of proteins,and also a source of precursors of disinfection by-products.This paper selects phycocyanin at different water distribution environment converted into amino acids were studied.The results showed that when the pH is not the same,in ultra-pure water and raw water environment,hydrolyzed protein acidic conditions is more thorough,amino acid content maximum were 10 mg / L and 14.2mg / L.Under hypoxic conditions,speed and amino acid content PHYCOCYANIN maximum hydrolysis under neutral conditions.
