| Due to the advantages of simple structure,flexible control,high stability,vertical lifting,autonomous takeoff and landing,the eight rotor aircraft have been widely used in military and civilian areas.This paper adopts the method of Beidou and GPS combination,to improve the pointing accuracy of the aircraft,for the control problem of eight rotor aircraft flight attitude,puts forward a new double-closed-loop PID control algorithm.The algorithm uses four quaternion attitude updating algorithm based on the complementary filter for attitude algorithm and update,through the division of tasks between internal and external Loop PID controller,the completion of the aircraft’s attitude control is better.First of all,this paper analyzes the research status,development trend and the current main problems of multi rotor UAV in the domestic and foreign.According to the structural characteristics,working principle and design requirements of eight rotor helicopter,the paper puts forward the overall plan of aircraft system which is integrated Beidou-2System,and has a detailed analysis and design for the overall program and fuselage.Then,the system adopts modular design of software and hardware for the flight attitude controller(which is called flight control for short)in detail.In terms of hardware,mainly to complete the chip selection and attitude sensor circuit,power management circuits,output protection,antistatic protection,overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuit design;In terms of software,mainly to complete the main program,data communication procedures,attitude solution design process and attitude control program,and to increase the safety protection and ultrasonic barrier design to improve the reliability of the aircraft.Finally,the aircraft systems which are integrated Beidou-2System has been applied to test in the highway and bridge engineering,and put forward some simplesafety testing method,through a detailed analysis of the test questions,put forward the corresponding solutions.The test results show that: The aircraft system integrated Beidou-2System has strong stability,reliability and anti-interference ability,Eight rotorcraft achieve stable flight and ultrasonic shield barrier,this design achieves the expected goal. |
