Based on the Da Dongjiang reservoir and Xiao Dongjiang reservoir,in this paper take them as the main research object,establish the mathematics model,optimize the Xiao Dongjiang reservoir scheduling.Da Dongjiang reservoir and Xiao Dongjiang reservoir power stations are located in Lei water basin in Zixing city of Hunan province,is closely related cascade hydropower stations.Da dongjiang hydropower station is located in the upstream,which is far from the Xiao Dongjiang hydropower station 9km,is a multi-year regulating reservoir,it has the nice performance on power generation,the scheduling is more perfect,can provide a lot of electricity,undertake the task load in the system.Xiao Dongjiang hydropower station is located in the downstream of the Da dongjiang hydropower station,which is the anti regulation of hydroelectric power stationthe regulation of power station,its interval inflow can be neglected,its incoming runoff is mainly from the Da Dongjiang hydropower station's discharge,Xiao Dongjiang power station's the main task is to use these traffic to generate power,and to supply enough water to downstream cities.In 2013 the government of Zixing City in view of the Xiao Dongjiang reservoir is an important tourist attraction in Zixing Dongjiang Lake scenic area proposed to keep the Xiao Dongjiang Reservoir run in high water level in the tourist season.For the Xiao Dongjiang undertakes those tasks of current,how to scheduling has become the most important problem facing the power station.In order to coordinate the various objectives of the power station,it is necessary to optimize the operation of the power station.At present,there are many methods to solve the optimal operation of reservoir,such as dynamic programming,nonlinear programming,progressive optimization algorithm,genetic algorithm and so on.Firstly,based on the small Dongjiang Reservoir's own requirements generation capacity of the largest various objectives and constraints of Xiao Dongjiang reservoir,establishes the optimization mathematical model of scheduling,the gradual optimization of reservoir optimal scheduling,in the calculation process using MATLAB software programming to assisted calculation to calculate the effect and convenient;in rder to increase power generation and maintain a high level between conflicting relationship,this paper adopts multi-objective optimization algorithm,combined with weight related knowledge,of Hydropower Station Reservoir in generating capacity and maintain high level to run both between into a tradeoff.Finally,in order to convenient to reservoir staff under different inflow conditions and some constraint changes provide decision support,this paper set calculation and program development of Matlab GUI software development platform will be the optimal scheduling of make to small Dongjiang reservoir optimal adjustment of system software,those relates to the variable regulation and inflow conditions can be the corresponding display in software.
