Micro-grid is defined by the distributed power supply, device for storing energy, load, protective device composed of small power distribution system and can self-control, management, protection and can run independently or connected with external power grid. At present, micro-grid planning focuses on containing micro-grid location planning and capacity planning, in which the location planning of nearly mature, so the micro-grid planning research mainly concentrated in the micro-grid capacity planning. With the in-depth study of the micro-grid, there are many kinds of distributed power in micro-grid and characteristics are not the same. Traditional micro-grid planning model is focused on environmental protection, energy conservation and other factors, but the economic benefits of the micro-grid is often not added in-depth consideration. This will also hinder the sustainable development of micro-grid. Therefore, considering the economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits of micro-grid system has very important significance for the integrated planning and design of micro-grid system.In this thesis, we design a kind of micro-grid planning method based on the economic and environmental protection optimization. The first is to analyze the micro power in the micro-grid. In the micro-grid, wind energy and solar energy are the main sources of power generation. Wind and solar energy in power generation is vulnerable to geography, climate change and other uncertain factors and output power is not stable, Therefore, it's necessary to prediction of wind and solar power output power. The planning of micro-grid is affected by many factors and get the best plan, which is actually a multi-objective optimization problems. On the basis of previous studies, this thesis analysis several typical multi-objective optimization algorithms, improving algorithm of the NSGA-? multi-objective optimization algorithm and simulation test for them, proving the superiority of the NSGA-? multiobjective optimization algorithm. The algorithm provides a reliable method for the planning model micro-grid.Through the prediction of the distributed power generation in the micro-grid, modeling of various micro power sources, improving of solving algorithm, the thesis establish micro-grid planning model based on the present value of the total cost of the whole life cycle(economical efficiency) and pollutant emission level(environmental protection). On this basis, we planning and design according to a place of scenery resources data and load demand, and gives the micro-grid planning scheme. Through the comprehensive evaluation method of TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method obtain the optimal micro-grid planning scheme.
