Railway transportation is the great artery of national economy, which plays a very important role in the development of national economy. With the rapid development of national economy, the more and more attentions are paid to the railway transportation. In order to achieve the transportation task of national plan dispatching efficiently and conveniently, our railway are facing the plan-intensive and load-heavy development trend, and through the optimization of the TDCS(Train Operation Dispatching Command System) for the existing, the whole railway is covered with the TDCS information, and efficient, convenient and accurate train dispatching and command tasks are performed. Thus in order to enhance the capacity and efficiency of railway transportation, the optimization and improvment of the every function of TDCS are very important.First of all, with TDCS for Jing-ha railway as a model, according to the large-scale system optimization theory and related theoretical knowledge, the optimization of the TDCS is decomposed into three optimization problems respectively. Then the dissertation introduces the basic theory, focusing on the TDCS network, the large system optimization theory, artificial bee colony optimization algorithm, Petri network basic theory and PIPE modeling software. These theories build a theoretical basis for the following research. Then, the TDCS for Jing-ha railway is divided into a number of optimization problems. In the dissertation, the artificial bee colony optimization algorithm and Petri net theory are used to build the mathematical model, and the optimization algorithm is designed, which makes the overall coordination of each optimization problem. After the completion of the modeling, the dissertation analyzes integrated scheduling, train dispatching, and logistics operation of Jing-ha railway. The model and algorithm are verified by collecting the data information of the system, and the correctness of the model is verified. Finally, the dissertation designs the optimization scheme of the system network structure and completes the optimization study of the TDCS for Jing-ha railway.The results shows that the research methods used in this dissertation can make the overall coordination of each optimization problem, and can realize the function of integrated scheduling, train running chart regulating, and dispatching order optimization, the overall goals and requirements of the optimization for the TDCS of Jing-ha railway are achieved.
