The high performance pavement concrete on the basis of common concrete raw materials,by changing the formulation technology to improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete,conducive to the sustainable development of highway construction and environmental protection.In this paper,mainly through laboratory tests to study the high performance pavement concrete road performance.First of all,starting from the raw materials of performance influence concrete,tests various technical indicators of materials according to the technical specifications,and through the method of maximum density of aggregate gradation design;And according to the requirements of high performance pavement concrete mixture ratio design,on the basis of the calculated Mix parameters,select the four factors and three levels orthogonal test table to arrange test,obtained under different parameter combinations of concrete work,mechanical properties and gas content;According to the results of orthogonal experiment,using range analysis to analyze the influence significance of different test factors on the workability and mechanical properties of high performance pavement concrete,preferably optimum combination ratio from the orthogonal experiment table.In order to more accurate and scientific evaluation of the high performance pavement concrete road performance,on the basis of the optimization of the optimal mixture ratio based on the orthogonal experiment,The research of high performance pavement concrete workability(Including slump and vibration coefficient of viscosity),mechanical properties(Including compressive strength,flexural strength,crushing ratio,bending modulus of elasticity)and durability(Including drying shrinkage performance,the chloride ion permeability resistance,frost resistance,resistance to wear).Through the indoor test analysis,comprehensive workability,mechanical properties and durability,preparation of high performance pavement concrete,with the good road good performance,can meet the long-term durability of concrete pavement and the sustainable development of highway construction requirements.Through experimental study,water/cement ratio is 0.37,the dosage of gelled material is 365kg/m3,the dosage of water reducing agent is 1.2%,the dosage of fly ash was 15%,the performance of high performance pavement concrete is excellent;Adding the right amount of fly ash,can significantly reduce the crushing ratio of concrete,increase the tensile strain capacity under vehicle load,improve the crack resistance of concrete;At the same time,the fly ash added to effectively improve the drying shrinkage of concrete performance,the chloride ion permeability resistance,frost resistance and wear resistance;The same amount dosage of fly ash,cement materials by 365kg/m3 increases to 385kg/m3,the dry shrinkage of concrete increases obviously,the ability to resist chloride ion penetration,lower wear resistance;The high performance pavement concrete compressive and flexural strength increases with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles.
