| In recent years, with the growing distance of the power transmission lines and the rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicle technology, using UAV patrol line instead of doing patrol line manually has gradually become a trend, this technique is a hot topic in the field of electricity industry. But in actual patrol work at present, as UAV have flaws like endurance deficiencies and poor security, it is only a supplement to the artificial patrol and has not been widely used. Therefore, in order to improve the safety performance of UAV, and increase detection means of patrol drones, we do research on UAV obstacle avoidance ability and ultraviolet photograph technique. The main work is as follows:According to the actual situation of UAV, we designed a suitable avoidance strategy for it. We use fuzzy algorithm as obstacle avoidance algorithm, use five sonars as distance sensors. Then, the algorithm is simulated based on MATLAB that verify the validity of the algorithm.We design and produce the UAV common obstacle avoidance module according to the strategy, the module is installed between the UAV telecontrol receiver and flight, it execute the obstacle avoidance function by controlling the signal between telecontrol receiver and flight. Because almost all UAV use the same communication protocol, so the module can be installed on most UAV only by a simple setting, then we complete the testing work of the module.We manufacture an ultraviolet imaging payload based on UAV, including biaxial stabilization holder and ultraviolet can detect abnormal discharge of electrical equipment through telecontrol, and transmit real-time to ground at the same time. F inally, we test this payload on UAV, prove that the equipment works well. |
