In the process of promoting the standardization and integration of the information management system, WebGIS technology has become one of the important means to solve the problem of cadastral management, and it is very important to establish a complete GIS management system. With the unique spatial analysis function and visual expression of WebGIS, it can realize the visualization of information of electric power enterprise, running data, and help enterprises to make efficient decision-making, and promote the standardization of the national network, scientific management. Improve the efficiency of information system, service quality, reduce the cost of operation, to provide a solid foundation for the strategic objectives of the national network.In this way, the fast location of distribution network fault is realized by using the method of rough set decision table and uncertain reasoning method. Rough set theory is applied to fault location of distribution network system, with strong fault tolerance and the problem to be solved is not required to provide any prior information required to process the data set of rough set, the first user area telephone fault as the condition attribute on the fault location, fault conditions considering all possible, the establishment of decision table, and then realize the automation and simple decision table attribute value reduction, diagnostic rules are extracted from it, the formation of a new knowledge base. In this paper, the integration of various existing system of real time scheduling automation system, using the method of graphics, images, text, data processing, the principle of all kinds of information processing application of GIS and MIS combined with the actual geographical background based on the finished recording and query records and information form cyber source of basic information, the information resources and information the topology of the network shown in the graphic, construct information resources of a graphical model of image, and finally realize the fault location.
