Microgrid is an effective way to achieve distributed power management. Microgrid is composed of distributed power supply and load, which can improve the acceptance capability of renewable energy. A microgrid includes the power supply, micro gas turbine, fuel cell and energy storage device, which can improve the reliability of power supply system.Firstly, the article analyzed the currently domestic, the future development trend, summarizes the significance of the development of micro-grid and microgrid optimization operation, allocation and scheduling problem. This paper's dynamic environment economic scheduling research is focused on a microgrid which can both supply heating and electric power. This microgrid system contains the photovoltaic, wind machine, waste heat boiler, micro gas turbine, fuel battery, battery, heat load and electrical load. When modeling the microgrid, the grid power interaction of peak valley time-sharing electricity price is considered. Also, optimization model includes the micro source output ramp rate constraints and start-stop time constraints to economic cost and environmental cost. The final model is established to make a balance with environmental target and economic target.Finally, a simulation analysis is carried out for a practical grid connected microgrid system. The operating constraints and system constraints are considered, and the dynamic environment and economic dispatch model for microgrid system is established. The economic cost target is the pursuit of the micro source of power generation cost, maintenance cost, depreciation cost and from the grid and purchase cost lowest, in pursuit of the goal of environmental cost is the pollutant discharge of environmental governance costs lowest constraint conditions including system power balance constraint, micro source system operating limits and spinning res erve constraints. Considering the stochastic volatility of wind power and photovoltaic output, Monte Carlo simulation is used. In the end, the paper gives the scheduling scheme of microgrid with the lowest cost and the minimum cost of the system.
