In recent years, photovoltaic(PV) power generation has been rapid development in the world with its clean, renewable and other advantages. PV connected to grid improves the demerits of traditional centralized power supply such as distribution of large, long construction period, and so on, having a great impact on the grid, so it is needed for grid connected with PV generation system to start a detailed study.This paper mainly studies the PV generation system access distribution network model, as well as the impact on the distribution network.PV generation system is a key in the study of PV generation, and through the study of photovoltaic battery, MPPT, DC-DC converter, three-phase inverter, the principle of PWM technology and AC filter, the grid connected PV generation system is mastered,which lays the theoretical foundation for the simulation experiment.A grid connected PV generation system simulation model based on MATLAB / Simulink platform is built, including the model of photovoltaic cells, DC-DC circuit model, model of three phase inverter and AC filter model. This paper also designs the MPPT and inverter control strategy and builds the control circuit.The output characteristics of the grid connected photovoltaic system are simulated and analyzed, and the results show that the model is in line with the grid standard, and can accurately simulate the operation control of the grid connected photovoltaic system.The influence of PV generation system on the distribution network is various,and this paper mainly studies the influence of power quality. First of all,based on the actual situation of the distribution network in Jiyuan area, the voltage distribution and the harmonic distortion rate of each node of the grid are simulated and analyzed when the PV generation system access location and capacity is not the same.Then, according to the current situation of Jiyuan city's PV generation system, the influence of the power quality of Jiyuan urban distribution network is simulated and analyzed.Finally, the data obtained from the simulation experiment are analyzed, and the influence of the access to the power quality of the distribution network in Jiyuan area is summarized, and the evaluation methods and measures for improving the power quality are put forward.
