Based on the characteristics of thermal powerredundancy, wind power, photovoltaic power generation, hydropower and nuclear power irregular peak in Liaoning power grid, the research on the adaptability of Micro grid is carried outto ensure the safe and reliable operation of Liaoning power grid, also a greater degree of acceptance of new energy in Liaoning Province.First, according to the existing data of the Juehua Island, two sets of Micro grid operation scheme are designed, and the cost efficiency is analyzed. Due to the uncertainty of wind、solar power generation and the high cost of the storage battery, the solutions of wind and solar energy storage to build micro grid does not have the economic advantages.According to the regional characteristics of Liaoning province and "Smart grid development promotion guidance" and "National Energy Bureau New energy Micro-grid demonstration project construction guidance" issued by the national development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Bureau, SMART Micro grid in the City Industrial Park(Business Park) and other regions should be on a basis of the photovoltaic power generation, gas cooling heating and power supply system, applying energy storage and heat pump technology and possess with the advantages of high access ratio、the optimization of energy storage and allocation of the local energy production and energy balance load、flexible interaction with the public power grid but relatively independent operation.In this paper, the commercial residential complex is takenas the research object. Consideringreasonablythe regional cold, heat and electricity load indicators by analyzing the monthly and time dynamic data, the typical daily dynamic loadis established accordingly. The investment returns of the project life cycle asset is ensuredby planning the micro source capacity and operation scheme, According to the characteristics of winter power peak regulationin Liaoning,The utilization of new energy and micro adjustment ability promotes the support of distribution network peak regulation capacity with reasonable cost.The construction of Micro grid in this paper is based on new energy,which is in accordance with national policy. Under the existing price system, it contributes to the improvement of energy efficiency and the decline of energy cost and increasingthe investmentreturnrate, while improving the Liaoning area new energy acceptance and peak regulation problem, it is worthy of the certain promoting significance in Liaoning province.
