| With the problems of global resource scarcity and environmental pollution becoming increasingly prominent, it proposes to build the global energy internet based on the UHV DC transmission technology and the development of smart grid technology, making the VSC-HVDC development prospects is much broader.VSC-HVDC converter system consists of insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) converter valve system, converter transformer commutation reactor, EMI filter, and the like.It can produce rapidly changing voltages and currents when IGBT turns-on and turns-off in high-frequency process. These high-frequency signals can cause conductive electromagnetic interference in the AC and DC side by the coupling transformer and reactor. It will not only affect normal operation of the converter system, but also influence the communications equipment and personal safety. This research was supported in part by National Natural Science Foundation ofChina(Grant No.51207054), and Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities(Grant No.13MS75). The modeling methodology of wideband model of the converter systems was proposed to calculate and predict the conduction electromagnetic disturbance. The main results are as follows:(1) Impedance characteristics of the key equipment in AC yard of the VSC-HVDC converter system were measured, and the wideband model of the equipment were built based on the resonance points of amplitude-frequency characteristic curve. Then extracted equivalent circuit parameters basis of circuit theory.(2) Measured the three-phase device port impedance when external terminal under different connections, then established the wide-band model of three-phase devices with black box theory and NIF modeling method.(3) Built converter systems windband model based on the model of the equipment to calculate and predict the conduction of electromagnetic disturbance in the converter station. These results could have guide on EMC and immunity of the VSC-HVDC converter system. |
