In order to promote urban public transport, vigorously develop the domestic and foreign scholars for bus priority coordination control to do a lot of research, and achieved fruitful results. In recent years between rail transit and conventional public traffic vigorously introduce development of bus rapid transit, larger increase the circulation between urban passenger traffic. Combination with the characteristics of the BRT lines site close apart, in order to more effectively improve the efficiency of the operation of the BRT lines, BRT vehicle speed and the fixed distance between station and station makes BRT vehicles travel time has a certain predictability, the BRT lines located at the intersection between the dock stops the uncertainty of time make the time of BRT vehicles reach the intersection of the downstream have unpredictability. In order to study the BRT vehicles in stops along the dock time for BRT lanes arterial signal coordination control efficiency and the effect of this paper, considering the BRT, on the basis of randomness in dock station time to BRT vehicles BRT coordinated control system has traffic flow and the social vehicles of the same phase, the objective function is minimum total car are delayed, established considering randomness of BRT stop time green wave coordinate control delay minimum stochastic chance-constrained programming model, the decision variables of the model for the BRT line phase difference of the adjacent intersections, expressed as a random variable stop time, line control system of BRT lines of each intersection delay time, dock of BRT stop ability, BRT stop time given chance constrained, and a stochastic simulation of the genetic algorithm steps are given. This article in lanzhou BRT1 bus all the site and the way in the intersection to select four intersection as research object, first of all to investigate five dock site to flow and time use survey data to simulate distribution respectively, it is concluded that the random distribution. Based on the survey data, for single intersection signal timing parameter calculation, and then the calculation of basic parameters of the whole line control system, the applications of actual data to the established model, and use of design calculation and verification algorithm, obtained the BRT lines in the coordinated control system has minimum total car all delays the optimum phase difference between adjacent intersections. Finally using VISSIM simulation system for dock regardless of the time of the randomness of BRT priority line dock control system and considering the time of the randomness of BRT priority line control system corresponding to the index to carry on the contrast analysis, verified the time randomness of dock is the feasibility and effectiveness of BRT priority line control system.
