A large opening desulfurization tower with shell has a complex structure which has suffered more load, calculated on analysis considers diversely, but the desulfurization tower structure with shell has many advantages of light weight, strength, stiffness, high desulfurization efficiency, it has been increasingly more widely used. For this type of structure,there does not have the appropriate standards to follow, and the structural design relies on the past project experience heavily and has the lack of appropriate theoretical basis, so it is necessary to conduct the study of such structures deeply.This article has taked the Jiangsu Senda Chenjiagang Cogeneration Co., Ltd. flue gas desulfurization tower as the engineering background, established an important part of the overall structure of the desulfurization tower(flue gas inlet, gas imports bracket) of element model, used the finite element analysis software Midas / Gen structural to have static and dynamic analysis, analyzed the structure's extreme response?deformation and internal forces in a variety of conditions structure and dynamic response of the structure. And it has established a separate analysis of imports smoke box model and the overall model, fouled in different depths and different temperatures(all else being equal) is calculated, under the effect of the calculation results are compared to analyze the impact of imports on the overall desulfurization tower smoke box structure. Main results are obtained as follows:(1) First, the structural vibration had the performance of local vibration, from the fourth rank overall vibration entered the stage, and later showed overall vibration and vibration accompanied by local vibration mode.(2) The lateral stiffness significantly of the flue gas import sector in X direction was larger than the segment Y direction lateral stiffness, making in the Y-direction displacement overhead significantly to be greater than the X direction displacement.(3) The distribution of the high tower peak acceleration along the tower had little relationship with the type of seismic wave tower and the peak acceleration.(4) When the local seismic came along the structure 90 ° in direction to input, the peak acceleration along the tower height of the distribution trend is significantly different from the distribution of the 0 ° direction to input, in addition to minor mutations in the flue gas inlet outside, the peak acceleration had increased along the height of the structure.(5) from the stress and displacement overhead view of the four directions, the reaction in 60 ° direction is less than the reaction in the other direction, but the reaction structure are large in the direction of 30 °, so the 60 ° direction is the most favorable structure of seismic wave to input, and the 30 ° direction is the most unfavorable direction of the seismic wave structure.(6) It has gave that the depth and the temperature changing has the influence of the desulfurization tower structure displacement and stress.
