As people's ride comfort and noise pollution in the external environment requirements continue to increase, and vehicle NVH requirements are increasing, the factors that affect vehicle NVH in different conditions the main factor is different, at low speeds the engine noise and vibration is mainly, medium speed when the tire friction with the ground is based,when high speed the body and the friction of the air is mainly. This study is mainly on the vehicle NVH powertrain vibration damping and mounting systems support research and analysis.(1)establish a simplified mathematical model of the powertrain mounting system,Analysis the relationship between the structural parameters and Isolation performance in system parameters changes, mounting system against the excitation source against analyze;establish a dynamic suspended model, the mounting elements against different types of static and dynamic performance parameters through experimental device designed to measure, by the comparison of performance parameters and the measured dynamic model, you can select a suitable model for the corresponding mounting elements.(2)To measure the mounting of static and dynamic performance parameters, design Isolator static and dynamic performance parameters of the experimental apparatus to simulate actual working conditions of the mounting, measured static and dynamic performance parameters.
