In this case, how to scientifically and properly deal with the issue of traffic accidents turn to a serious problem which attracts more and more attention of citizens.In all kinds of traffic accident, motor vehicle collision accident cause economic loss and casualties the most.However, due to various reasons, during reasonable period of time, themainly method of handle traffic accident is experience based judgment in china, which strongly relies on the proficiency of professionals, and led to an elastic accident treatment results. On that account, this article will explore how to handle motor vehicle collision accident scientifically,objectively, and effectively, also make the accident treatment process visualization.Previously, the key tovehicle collision accident treatment’sunscientific results and uncertain dealing process is too much dependency of experience based judgment. According to this situation, this paper intends to use scientific method to simulate the accident process, to restore the vehicle collision process, so as to provide a scientific, effective, and visually basis for accidents handling.Collision accident treatment consists of three key parts, site survey,collision process analysis, making conclusion,thoseare the key gist to traffic accident treatment.Among them, due to the accident process is uncontrolled, real-time evidence generally cannot be get easily, the analysis of the collision process is crucial. This paper will collision analysis apart for on-site data reprocessing, digital model building, collision process simulation, collision conclusion making. On-site data reprocessing means to transform all the information got form the sceneinto computer graphic. Digital model buildingmeansto establishcollision bodies(humans, objects, vehicles, etc.) of computer model. Collision process simulation means to import the computer graphic and models into simulation software(PC- crash, etc.) for the reduction of collision process.By comparing the collision simulation result and the real fact of accident, then the relevant parameter will berevised gradual, thereby the collision process will be reducedto the truth closely. In addition, this paper expounds how to survey the scene of the accident correctly, completely, scientifically, and the theoretical basis of collision for analysis.In addition to explore a computerized method to handle the vehicle collision accident in modern traffic accidents, referring to the latest research status of the domestic and foreign newest research orientation and aiming at the poor quality conclusion of accident that caused by experience based judgment, this paper try to solve the matter ofconstantly disputes caused by the un-transparent accident treatment process and the baseless accident decision.Enable theprofessionals and laypeople consult the accident treatment process morevisually. Furthermore,provide a reliable basisfor each of traffic accident responsible department, and provide a reference for the follow-up research.
