| With the demand of grilled slag car increasing, and the real difficult problem of grilled slag car’s high oil-consumption and bad emission can’t solve competely, that makes it be a research hot spot in engineering vehicles. Now there are many widely used methods, such as improving the performance and thermal efficiency of the diesel engine, using more advanced hydraulic system’s energy-saving methods, and combining with hybrid technology and so on for improving these difficult questions. Improving the technology of diesel engine, not only its cost is high, but also it’s difficult to realize, so in this article, grilled slag car adopted hybrid technology that combines the fuel engine’s with motor’s advantages as well as the secondary adjusting hydrostatic transmission technology, and on this basis to do the whole vehicle’s parameters matching and optimization researching.Firstly, choosing parallel hybrid structure, and using secondary regulation hydrostatic transmission technology in hydraulic system, in accordance with design requirements, this thesis matches and designes the main parameters of hybrid grilled slag car’s major parts. At the same time, the thesis establishes the model of whole car’s system in AMESim, simulates and verifies it’s rationality, and preliminary simulates and analyzes the braking energy recovery of grilled slag car.Then, this thesis researches control strategy of hybrid grilled slag car with its typical working condition and combining with the software:AMESim and Simulink. Establishing electric assist control strategy, double working point control strategy in simulink, then simulating and comparing the prons and cons of these control strategy in fuel consumption, emissions and battery SOC, when they use in hybrid grilled slag car under typical working condition.Lastly, this thesis do DOE analysis and optimization for the main parameters of hybrid grilled slag car which is under the electric assist control strategy in AMESim and Isight. It does DOE analysis for a list of parameters in the optimal Latin hypercube design method.Accordance with the results of DOE analysis, it chooses out some parameters that have the larger effect on fuel consumption and emissions. With these parameters, this thesis optimizes the fuel consumption and emissions of grilled slag car in NSGA-Ⅱ. |
