Development of precast concrete board accelerates the process of modernization of construction industry. PC board can achieve some goals, such as the social environment of low-carbon, environmental protection and recycling development,due to the advantages including safety, reliability, strong plasticity, healthy environmental protection, quality control,economic benefits, less labor, etc. The PC board production line is an important part of modernization of construction industry. The application of production line can play an important role in promoting the development of prefabricated building, as it has high performance, high efficiency and high intelligence. In this thesis, on the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature, the prefabricated construction development present situation was summarized, the high intelligent PC board production line of each production process were discussed. The main contents are summarized as follows.(1) The PC board production of concrete material soil mixture ratio was designed. And the best ratio was found by making relevant tests. Using artificial neural network,interpolation function relationship between the proportion of concrete material ratio was released. The deviation of prediction model was only 1.9%, which indicates the model can be used to predict the strength of the PC board.(2) Vibration equipment was studied, nonlinear solution was selected, calculation software for nonlinear equations was used, and corresponding data through VB programming was obtained. Amplitude, frequency, vibration intensity, duration and distance on the relationship between concrete compactness was gained.The PC board vibration compacting mechanism was analyzed.(3) Sixty-four sets of PC board steam curing systems were designed and PC board strength was tested and analyzed. The data between steam curing systems and PC board strength was obtained in the experiments. PC board kiln strength and 28 d strength prediction model was fitting based on the test data. Comparing the prediction model and experiment data,results showed that prediction model error was small with high reliability. Experiment and prediction models all showed that intensity was proportional to the pre-raise time, inverse to heating and cooling rate. PC board kiln and 28 d strength can reach a maximum intensity at 3h of pre-raise time, 2oC/10 min heating rate and 3oC/10 min of cooling rate.(4) The simulation of the temperature change process was consistent with the experimental by using ANSYS to simulate PC board temperature steam curing which was based on steam curing experiments. Results show that proper controlled internal temperature,can prevent the occurrence of cracks and breakage.
