Pockels cell is the basic devices in quantum optics, realizing fast, accurate control of the light output polarization direction by applying a pulse signal, so as to ensure the operational feasibility of quantum photon. Therefore, the stable and reliable Pockels cell feedforward high voltage power supply has great significance on the development of the whole quantum communication technology.Firstly, analysis of this topic, on the in-depth analysis of quantum communication based on the basic principle of optical electrical Pockels cell, to establish the technical index of the subject in high power and high voltage power supply. Discuss the present situation of switching power supply, respectively introduces the high voltage DC electrical source and distributed power supply and parallel flow characteristics of their respectively, and then established the parallel LCL resonant phase shifted full bridge ZVS converter topology.Secondly, This paper expounds the LCL the concrete working principle of the phase shifting full bridge ZVS converter, and established the AC impedance analysis method of equivalent model of the system, then gived a detailed analysis to the working characteristic of resonant converter and the calculation process of the resonant components.Thirdly, given the LCL resonant converter's overall design scheme, selected the high voltage DC power components in the main circuit parameter and designed control circuit. The control circuit including a power source for auxiliary power supply system,drive circuit, signal sampling circuit and liquid crystal display circuit.Subsequently, in contrast to the commonly used parallel flow algorithm, to learn about the characteristics of digital technology, gived the average current Sanhuan new control strategy. Gives the average current method tricyclic structure diagram of control system,and introduced the basic working principle of it. At the same time, gives the TMS320F2812 as the core controller of double module parallel system software design block diagram of the whole. Finally, it gives the main program, the system initialization program AD interrupt service program, the average filter program, PID control procedures, flow control and phase-shifting angle generated subroutine flow chart.Finally, the experimental results of the single module and the measurement data of the two modules parallel operation are given for the design of Cell Pockels. The experimental results show that the theoretical analysis is correct and the design method is reasonable.
