With the increasing shortage of conventional energy and the aggravation of environmental pollution, the importance of new energy sources is becoming more and more important,wind power generation due to its many advantages and much favor.Rapid development of wind power to stimulate the demand for talent, also many domestic colleges and universities have opened wind power related professional courses, but most of the laboratories of colleges and universities lack easy operation and intuitive presentation of the wind power generation experiment platform, let the wind power related courses teaching stay at the theoretical level. In order to meet the needs of wind power professional training and experimental teaching, in the laboratory to build wind power experimental platform, and its control system for the development and design of its important significance.The experimental platform mainly by the wind power generation device,simulation mechanism and system of wind field control cabinet is composed of three parts, design of the control system with PLC as the main controller, combined with the variable frequency speed control, configuration and monitoring technology,experimental platform of wind field simulation, wind yaw and man-machine interface design.First of all, the experiment platform control system design, and through MATLAB to establish basic wind and gust of wind and gradient wind three typical wind speed model, and a typical wind speed model analysis of measured wind speed,draw the experimental platform for simulation of wind field need to design wind speed model;Secondly, the hardware design, respectively, the design of the system hardware main circuit, control circuit and PLC peripheral circuit, and PLC, inverter and other hardware selection and connection parameters settings;Then, using STEP-Micro/WIN4.0 programming software to complete the design of Ethernet communication, wind field, wind speed model, side wind yaw, scale conversion subroutine.Finally, using MCGS configuration software to carry on the touch screen design and the force control control Force 6.1 configuration software for host computer design,the former uses PPI communication directly with the next bit machine PORT PLC communication port connection, the latter uses Ethernet communication and expansion module CP243-1 connection,realization of cross wind yaw, wind speed,wind direction and variable wind field and the wind power generation operation flow visualization simulation can be through the man-machine interface control, parameter setting and data display.By controlling the design and debugging of the software and the hardware of the system, indicating that the experimental platform can help students establish the intuitive concept of wind power, also man-machine interface through the monitoring data of wind speed, the output voltage show that allows students to further in-depth understanding of wind power based principle and operational characteristics.
