| This dissertation is based on the engineering background of SND Bridge across the Shanghai Nanjing Expressway, The construction technology,construction process simulation and construction control of steel box girder bridge with incremental launching method is studied.Differed from other methods of bridge construction,the most characteristic of incremental launching method is that the spatial location,supporting condition are constantly changing during the construction, That is the result of structural internal force, deformation have positive, reverse change.internal force and deformation of the structure.In response to this feature,The main work of this thesis are as follows:First of all, this article summarizes the origin, development and construction characteristics of incremental launching method, and its application in the steel box girder bridges. This paper not only expounds the contents, methods and influence factors of the bridge construction control, but also establishs the suzhou high-tech zone, central expressway across the shanghai-nanjing highway bridge steel box girder incremental launching method in construction control, with emphasis on the girder of the linear control content, namely giving priority to linear control and stress control as the complementary control principle.Secondly, this paper introduces details in the main bridge steel box girder of the central expressway across the shanghai-nanjing highway bridge in suzhou high tech zone incremental launching method construction technology, key equipment and steel box girder segment division,with description of working conditions and management control measures in the process of construction.Then,This paper introduces in detail the process of structural analysis of steel box beam with discrete from incremental launching method construction until the full bridge girder falling in the construction simulation of cross the shanghai-nanjing highway bridge in Suzhou high tech Zone Central Expressway, the steel box girder of the incremental launching method in the whole process of the stress and deformation of the numerical simulation is performed using the finite element software MIDAS/Civil, analyzes the main girder the internal force, stress, displacement dynamic changes in the process of construction, provides a reliable theoretical analysis data for the whole construction process monitoring and control.Finally, through the simulation analysis and calculation, the temperature parameter analysis and bridge construction monitoring combination, the stress and deformation of the steel box girder incremental launching method construction stage can be successfully controlled, for the bridge construction method of simulation calculation and construction control has a certain reference value. |
