As one of the more mature development renewable energy,wind power has been widely applied as a new type of standby power in peak load shifting of power system throughout the power system participation.But output of stochastic fluctuation of the wind turbine itself led to their participation in the investments of the results were not good.Interruptible load as an important demand side response resources,can well solve the power shortage problem,effective participation of the system peak load shifting.Therefore,considering interruptible load as peak-peak of alternate means of adding wind power optimal planning of distribution network-related problems.This will not only reduce the cost of generation investment,but also in the user's interaction will lead its scientific rationality of electricity usage in.Based on the study,firstly according to the characteristics of wind speed,set up a wind turbine power output probability model wind turbine output is transformed into a deterministic random questions.Subsequent research on interruptible load,was established on the basis of distribution network containing wind energy and interruptible load optimization programming models.Each power construction and operation costs,net loss,factors such as model for multi-objective optimization of system reliability.Finally,standard IEEE 14 node for example,using quantum-behaved Particle Swarm algorithm to optimizing wind energy and interruptible load connection configuration and optimization results are analyzed in detail.Examples show that,in the wind and interruptible load distribution network access can reduce loss costs and total cost of system operation,quantum Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm in comparison to ordinary particle swarm optimization algorithm,optimization not only speed,but also can be used to maintain the diversity of the population,reflects the good efficiency.
