On the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology and theory,our country made deep recreation on the high-speed vehicle.With the huge orders and the recognition of international market,such as United Kingdom,Southeast Asia,South America and other countries and regions,our country had become the powers of the high-speed vehicle.At the same time,the domestic high-speed railway transportation network had expanded from big cities to the medium and small cities.The unbelievable speed of high-speed vehicle brought excellent convenience to people's travelling and more efficient circulation and operation of social resource.The work environment will change sharply as the increase of the vehicle speed,and brought more problems of stability and uncertainty of the vehicle system.At the same time,many problems gradually revealed with the increase of the,which made the research face new topics,such as additional torque generated by the universal shaft,tooth fracture of the gear box,and so on,and these problems were related to torsional vibration of the high-speed vehicle power transmission system.This paper made a research on the affection of transmission torsional vibration made on the dynamic performance of the high-speed vehicle system.The paper accomplished the following work:1.At first make a theoretical analysis of torsional vibration of high speed train transmission,then establish the equivalent model of torsional vibration and solve it.Make a certainty of the relevant parameters of the quality point components and obtain the responses of the angular displacement of each mass point and make related analysis.2.Establish the mathematical model and the gear model,make an calculation and analysis the model on the condition of forward and reverse gear.According to control strategy of the high-speed vehicle asynchronous motor vector and the established motor model and dynamics model of torsional vibration transmission system,establish the model in MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation environment.Regarding the simplified motor torque as an external excitation source and making the additional torque caused by shaft torsional vibration as evaluation index,make an analysis to the additional torque of simulation to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the transmission model.3.This paper established a multi-body system vehicle model with SIMPACK multibody dynamics software;regarded the additional torque generated by torsional vibration of the transmission elastomer as a comparative index,made the additional output torque of torsional vibration of the transmission coupling to the vehicle dynamics model ofmulti-body system through the co-simulation between MATLAB and SIMPACKThis paper made a good induction and development of the affection of high-speed transmission torsional vibration characteristics made on the dynamic with the significance of engineering significance.
