Labyrinth seal with simple structure,low production and maintenance cost,stable work,high reliability are widely used in reciprocating labyrinth compressor products in recent years,reciprocating labyrinth compressor seal mechanism and gas flow field numerical simulation analysis and research are carried out to reduce the labyrinth seal leakage volume,safe and reliable operation,the development of advanced labyrinth seal structure,and this have great practical significance.This paper take the 6K-375 reciprocating labyrinth compressor as the research object,through analysising and researching the labyrinth seal structure,and abstracting simplified to establish corresponding labyrinth seal structure mathematical model,using CAD / CAE software to analysis and research the established mathematical model of flow field numerical simulation,and drawing the relevant laws of the various factors,in order to optimize the model and compare with the actual 6K-375 type reciprocating labyrinth compressor.To prove the conclusion is correct.The main content of this Paper is as follows:1?Taking Fluent as a platform,combined with the actual situation,the structure and the properties of the internal fluid of the labyrinth compressor are simplified,and the related parameters and equations in Fluent are set up.2?Research the three factors-seal clearance,cavity number,cavity sPacing,which have influence to labyrinth seal.And draw the relevant conclusions.3?On the basis of the above,continue to analyze the influence of cavity shape,and study detailed the depth width ratio of the rectangular cavity,and then explore the influence of cavity size on the depth and width ratio,and finally discuss the influence of the common cavity shape and irregular tooth shape on the sealing performance.4?Combining practice,using the conclusions to design a model and analysis,and comPare with the actual model of the 6K-375 type reciprocating Labyrinth compressor,to confirm the correctness of the conclusions.
