| With scientific and technological progress, now the vehicle is able to be equipped with more powerful computer chip and more accurate sensor, and consequently many active safety technologies are applied in today’s vehicles, but the dummy used in existing cash test regulations cannot show the influence of such active safety technology on body posture before cash, while the change of body posture before cash affects the response of body injury, so it is very significant to research the dummy applicable to the front cash working conditions with autonomous emergency braking (AEB).Based on plenty of literature and test data, this paper mainly researches the difference in spine structure between real human body and dummy, makes improvement for the spine structure of the existing Hybrid III 50th male dummy according to the influence of such difference on motion response under AEB condition, and verifies the validity of the improvement. Main research contents and work of this paper are shown as follows:1. On the basis of literature research, analyzed the development trend of regulations at the present stage as well as the influence of AEB on body posture before cash, contrasted the spine structure of real human body with the spine of the existing Hybrid Ⅲ 50th male dummy, and gained the improvement principles for existing dummy.2. On the basis of improvement principle of dummy, built simplified spine model, such spine model conforms to the "rigidity -elasticity-rigidity" structure of the spine of real human body, and used annular airbag as the intervertebral disc structure between adjacent spines creatively, such structure can simulate the influence of muscular force on motion response of human body, and verified the validity of the simplified spine through simulation and test contrast.3. Through coupling of the built simplified spine with the existing Hybrid Ⅲ 50th male dummy, gained the dummy model under front cash working conditions with vehicle emergency braking, and conducted simulation of AEB and cash test respectively for the model, simulation results show this model can not only simulate the motion response of real human body under AEB conditions but also correctly output related damage value in cash test. Results show that this model is suitable for the front cash research under AEB conditions. |
