Metro shows up with the accelerating of industrialization and urbanization,which can ease the traffic pressure and develops rapidly in big and middle cities.However,due to its construction characteristics---digging and propelling underground,it does brings convenience,meanwhile disasters like subsidence...and all because of the deformation of metro.It is what we need to solve immediately that how to predict the metro deformation and alarm in advance.Integrated several traditional forecasting modal is not difficult to find some of conditions are subject to restrictions,which led the prediction accuracy is not high enough.An improved gene expression programming(GEP)is came up with in this thesis and used to foretell the deformation of metro which can use simple encoding to solve complex problems and we don't need to know the correlation between various influencing factors.Firstly this article introduces the overseas and domestic research status of metro tunnel and GEP,and the reasons,monitoring content and researching measures of metro deformation;secondly,the original characteristics of GEP and the its concept;thirdly improved research is made on GEP,namely,adding the jumping operation after the GEP 's selecting operation,and based on it,a new metro deformation prediction model is built up;finally,the improved GEP-metro deformation prediction model is used to the construction of Ludancun metro station in Shen Zhen for the subsidence prediction of tunnel vault.From the analysis of examples,improved prediction of gene expression programming error metro deformation prediction model compared to traditional programming gene expression increased by 2 times to 4 times.;compared with this one the improved one achieves better for it possesses higher accuracy and better fitting precision.
