In recent years, countries all over the world have developed remote and accurate strike weapon. The advantage of this weapon is very prominent, the penetration ability is so strong that it has constituted a very serious threat to the national defense and civil targets. Along with the development of remote precision strike weapon, the function of laser aiming and tracking system is becoming more and more prominent. The difference between this system and the general system is that: first, the target is in the field of view of the tracking system. Second, the beam should be focused on a moving target. Generally, the accuracy of this system is very high. General control system for its own reasons, such as the structure resonance, the system bandwidth is not up to the requirements of revising error, so composite axis control system should be used, to its own advantages to achieve high precision tracking. On the basis of the relevant theory, the paper analyzes and studies the coarse tracking system in the project. Get a series of performance characteristics of the system, through a set of experimental data, so that an accurate data analysis support can be supported for the design of composite axis control system, then variable structure control strategy based on reaching law is used in the composite axis coarse tracking system to research the effect of the control strategy on the disturbance of the coarse tracking system. The main work is organized as follows:(1) Using time domain, spectrum and probability to analyse the data of coarse tracking in order to make preparations for the design of the composite axis system, the model establishment and simulation, the selection of the precision tracking system.(2) Target trajectory modeling and input data generation. Simulation should be used to validate the accuracy of the design. Before simulation the target trajectory should be modeled and the simulation input data should be generated.(3) Analyze the compound axis system. Participating in the simulation of complex axis rough tracking system.(4) Variable structure control strategy based on reaching law is used in the coarse tracking system, to improve the ability to suppress interference of the system.The experimental data in the project of inconvenience to the outside world, all the data are set, not real. However, the data set has theoretical analysis as the background, the data set does not affect the derivation and conclusion.
