Our country is very abundant in total water resources volume, accounting for about 6% of the world’s,but the per-capita water resources volume is about 1/4 of the world average. This shows China is one of the countries that lack of water all over the world. Therefore, water conservation is more significant in China.With the current worldwide water resources crisis,water pollution,water waste and other issues become increasingly prominent.It is important to monitor water flow. So the technology of detecting flow is indispensable. Water conservation is inseparable from the support of the technology of detecting flow. And the turbine flow sensor has high accuracy and is more suitable for the clean liquid. so it is widely used to measure the instant flow and accumulative flow of the water.The domestic and international developments of flowmeters and the task background is briefly introduced in this dissertation firstly. This affirms the importance of the flowmeters. Next, on the basis of introducing of the structure of turbine flow sensor, the sensor ’s principle is analyzed and the model of the instrument coefficient which plays a important role in the principle is built by the author. Then, a waterflow measuring system of the two-layer structure, which aims to be convenient for system function expansion in the future is proposed. The lower system uses the NXP LPC1766 as the main chip, and with flow signal acquisition module, data storage module, communication module to provide real-time updates on the water flow, and the upper system uses the Samsung S3C2440 as the man chip to communicate with PC through the Ethernet. And the software to realize the system overall measurement function is coded. Finally, the author analyzes the reasons of error and advances the improving method through the system functional test and measurement. And the system has reached the expected effect after the functional testing and measuring. |
