In the high temperature and high pressure system such as electric power,petroleum,chemical industry,typically use a large number of high temperature pressure valve.The valve usually makes leakage in a short period of time because of harsh conditions.Once the valve leakage,it will soon be ineffective due to erosion,to bring a huge waste of energy and economic losses for user.In order to solve this problems,the paper made a series of research.The concrete research contens as follows:The design of the high pressure valve device.In the existing valve device has CAM mechanis,the driving force is not stable and volatile.To solve this problem,this paper designed the valve device based on differential planetary gear,and analyze the two kinds of schemes,finally chooses the valve of planetary gear mechanism.Optimization of the high temperature pressure valve body.Using Pro/e software to build the parametric modeling of the valve body,then use the workbench software analysised it and get the temperature field and stress field,when the high temperature pressure valve body be in stable work.Based on analysis of the thermodynamic properties,under the workbench Explorer module,analyzes the key parameters has a different degree on the stress,find out the best dimension of the various parameters,and must control the maximum equivalent stress in the scope of security,it also make the body weight of the lightest,in order to save material,reduce the cost.Impact analysis of valve core and valve seat.The impact of the spool and the valve seat are used-rigid elastic collision and elastic elastic impact contact two calculating models are simulated and analyzed.It analyzed the change of the maximum stress of the valve seat and the valve core along with the impact velocity changed,and the oblique collision occurs,the change of the maximum stress of the valve seat and the valve core.Experimental verification.This paper espectively analysised the torque dynamic of cam valve mechanism and planetary gear valve mechanism.The experimental results show that the cam valve mechanismhas a torque change phenomenon and the planetary gear transmission is stabled when the ball valve closed.Simulation and experimental certified that the paper proposed the design of high pressure valve scheme can solve some problems,it provides reference for the design and optimization of high pressure valve.
